Chris has over 25 years of experience at the highest level, most recently as global Vice President, in developing leaders and organisations.
He has supported both private and public sector organisations through the design and delivery of diagnostic tools, development initiatives and high impact coaching of aspiring and executive leaders.
He is a qualified and experienced executive coach, a trusted advisor, has an MBA and is accredited in a wide range of psychometric and assessment tools.
A particular passion is the light bulb moment when a leader, or a team, realises that there is another way to achieve success.
Whilst he has travelled the world many times in support of leaders and their purpose but his real happiness is family and friends. This is often enjoyed cooking great food or playing one of his many guitars in his band.
Gary has spent more than 25 years successfully leading and managing businesses in primary care and the private sector. He has developed an in-depth understanding of these markets and, with a large part of his career at the head of small businesses, understands what is required to deliver success for general practice.
He has been a director, partner, owner and manager, most recently as a director of a GP Federation and a Practice Business Manager of a large, successful practice.
His focus is always on the business and the continual improvement of individuals and organisations and has a wide range of skills and knowledge with which to provide support and education.
Always keen to continue learning he has an MBA, a degree in Purchasing & Supply, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education.
Enjoyment in downtime is spent with his young family, cooking or watching his local home town football team.
